VLC is not forwarding file logs to decoder

Hi All,

We are trying to integrate an unsupported device via file collection method on VLC. VLC then send those logs to log decoder(log collector).
I installed and configured sftp agent  to forward logs to VLC and Create Custom Content Typespec for File Collection . Everything is working fine till VLCs, logs have been collected by VLC from server but VLC is not able to send those logs to decoder .

Can somebody please help on issue?

Any error you see on the VLC under /var/log/message?  can you attach the new file here ?

Thanks ,Issue resolved

There is file folder.xml in /var/netwitness/runtime/file/eventsources which was mismatched from the directory mentioned in sftpagent.conf.
