I am not able to add the remote log collector in the remote collectors tab in the local log collector service which is on the AIO appliance for logs.
and also the VLC is not pushing it's logs to the same log decoder.
In short, the VLC is not able to push and my log decoder is not able to pull the logs from the VLC.
Kindly suggest, if someone have an idea.

I've asked around to see if someone had a good tip to help you here but no one had enough detail to really help. Unfortunately it looks like you're going to have to open a support ticket.

Hello Seth,
Thanks for your response.
From a long time I am waiting for any one’s response for this.
I had already opened a case with CS, but also they are unable to reply on this and the server is in production.
If you can look into this, then kindly do some needful. Thanks.
Regards,
Deepanshu Sood.
