VLC SSHD Authentication Error

I have a BU that is not able to SFTP files over to one of our VLCs. Upon investigation I am seeing the following error when I run a "systemctl status sshd":

Can somone please let me know where I can find the username/password for this SFTP account on this VLC? Thanks.

I forgot to note that this is the source that is failing when they are trying to authenticate to our VLC. Thanks.
