I just spoke with my colleagues and there is an issue on RSA Link at the moment.

I've made the  Windows SFTP Agent available from this link in the meantime.

    If you think about it, when RSA Link cooperates, can you post the permenant link on this thread for future reference?  I am assuming the link you referenced is on the temp FTP.
