helo guys, the issue has been resolved after changed the timeout settings to default.
Got email from support said it's an issue(bug?) in current version which will be fixed in v10.3.
If you want to test, may try to change the session time out to 999999.

They shouldn't all show up as wait, at least one should be currently aggregating. The others in wait mode are outside the time window and will be aggregated after the device that is behind catches up.
If you are sure all devices are waiting and nothing is aggregating, please provide a snapshot and the version you are using.

I already remove all the waiting devices and only two brokers but still same.

Try restarting the service for the broker. Last time it happened to us it was because the broker was busy re-indexing.

Can you try the Admin 9.8 desktop client and see what it says the broker's are doing? This is likely a SA problem, not a broker problem.
