Maybe I'm missing something, but NwConsole resides on every core host under /usr/bin.

I mean the Windows O.S. version of the tool. Mine is older:

The nwconsole docs (https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-100554) say to contact RSA Support for the nwconsole installers
