Issue

Rabbitmq authentication fails.

Rabbitmq authentication fails with the error message stating "Unable to fetch password..”

Resolution

Check the service status for mongod.service, rabbitmq-server.service and rsa-nw-config-server.service. If any of these services are inactive, you must restart the inactive service:

• For MongoDB service

systemctl restart mongod.service

• For Rabbitmq service

systemctl restart rabbitmq-server.service

• For Config server

systemctl restart rsa-nw-config-server.service
