The RSA NetWitness® Log Parser Tool can be found on RSA Link in several places which are explained below.
 

RSA NetWitness Downloads Pages 

The tool can be found on the downloads pages for each of the product versions (e.g. RSA NetWitness Logs & Packets 11.2 Downloads, RSA Security Analytics 10.6.5 Downloads, etc.) underneath the Tools section.

You can access the tool on the RSA NetWitness Suite landing page by either hovering over the DOWNLOADS option in the main menu and selecting RSA NETWITNESS LOG PARSER TOOL or by clicking on the RSA NetWitness® Log Parser Tool hyperlink under the PRODUCT RESOURCES section in the right column.
