A new issue has been discovered where some devices appear to lose connectivity to the NetWitness UI. It may appear that some core services are offline after the upgrade to 12.4.0.0. This issue is intermittent and is not visible after all upgrades. If the problem occurs, it can be seen on the Health & Wellness page.
The same issue appears if you newly install NetWitness Platform 12.4.0.0
