Recommendation: | RSA recommends customers using Dell R620/R720 (Series 4S) upgrade to the latest firmware version 2.8.0, customers using Dell R630/R730 (Series 5) upgrade to the latest BIOS firmware version 2.10.5. and customers using Dell R640/R740XD (Series 6) upgrade to the latest BIOS firmware 2.3.10.
The firmware upgrade is recommended to mitigate the Intel-SA-00233 related vulnerabilities. This upgrade has been qualified for use by our product for the affected hardware appliance platforms (R630, R730, R620, R720).
