Summary:
This is the FINAL notice that Support for all versions of RSA Security Analytics v10.6.x ends on October 31, 2019. To receive the best product experience, the latest product improvements, and vulnerability updates, customers must upgrade to RSA NetWitness Platform v11.3.x as soon as possible. No Extended Support will be offered for v10.6.x.
Affected Products:
All versions of RSA Security Analytics v10.6.x (aka RSA NetWitness Platform v10.6.x).
Recommendation:
Customers who have deployed RSA Security Analytics version 10.6.x are encouraged to upgrade first to v10.6.6 and then upgrade directly to RSA NetWitness Platform v11.3.0.2.
As we are not supporting All-in-One (AIO) solutions going forward in v11.x, customers running an All-in-One solution should contact their RSA Sales Representative to review options to migrate to a supported solution.
