Summary
RSA is notifying all users of the scheduled End of Primary Support (EOPS) for RSA NetWitness Platform version 11.3.x (to include any follow-on patches and service packs) on April 30, 2021.
Affected Products
All versions of RSA NetWitness Platform 11.3.x.
Recommendations
Customers who have deployed RSA NetWitness Platform version 11.3.x are encouraged to upgrade directly to RSA NetWitness Platform v11.5.3.
The following upgrade paths are supported for NetWitness Platform 11.5.3.0:
• RSA NetWitness® Platform 11.3.x.x to 11.5.3.0
• RSA NetWitness® Platform 11.4.x.x to 11.5.3.0
• RSA NetWitness® Platform 11.5.x.x to 11.5.3.0
Important: If you are upgrading from 11.3.0.0, or 11.3.0.1, you must upgrade to 11.3.1.1 first before upgrading to 11.5.3.0.
