Installations of NetWitness Platform 12.4.x require supported NetWitness appliance hardware.
All versions of NetWitness Platform 12.4.x
Customers who are preparing to install or upgrade to NetWitness Platform 12.4.x must ensure the NetWitness hardware appliances in use for the install are not end of life (EOL). To maintain support, use NetWitness Series 6 or 6E hardware appliances.
Please contact your local NetWitness Sales Representative or NetWitness Customer Support if there are any questions or concerns with an install or upgrade. In addition, NetWitness recommends you review your upgrade plans with your local Sales Engineer to ensure a smooth install or upgrade to 12.4.x.
