RSA, a Dell Technologies business, is reminding all users of the scheduled End of Primary Support (EOPS) for RSA NetWitness Platform version 11.1.x (to include any follow-on patches and service packs) on August 31, 2019.
Affected Products:
All versions of RSA NetWitness Platform 11.1.x.
Recommendation:
Customers who have deployed RSA NetWitness Platform version 11.1.x are encouraged to upgrade directly to either RSA NetWitness Platform v11.2 or v11.3.
The RSA team has made hundreds of improvements to the RSA NetWitness Platform since 11.1. A list of specific improvements or new capabilities can be found in the v11.2 Release Notes or v11.3 Release Notes.
Please contact your local RSA Sales Representative or RSA Customer Support if there are any questions or concerns with the upgrade. In addition, we do recommend you review your upgrade plans with your local Sales Engineer to ensure a smooth upgrade.
