Summary:
The next leap second insertion is scheduled for June 30th, 2015 at 23:59:60 UTC. The insertion will effectively add an additional second to adjust UTC. More information on leap second can be found at: https://access.redhat.com/articles/15145

Recommendation:
Customers using NTP for time synchronization - No action required as the NTP server should appropriately handle the leap second and notify clients. Please reference Knowledge Base article 30432 for instructions on how to determine NTP is enabled.
Customers not using NTP - RSA recommends updating to the latest timezone package tzdata prior to June 30th, 2015. Please reference Knowledge Base article 30432 for instructions on how to download and apply the tzdata package.
