RSA released a SCOL note on March 5, 2015 providing information as well as guidance on the Q4 Security Patch. At this time, we have removed the packages associated with the Security Patch from SMCUpdate. As mentioned in previous notes, customers can still proceed with the installation procedure outlined in the Q4 Security Patch Release Notes. While we are still reviewing options to support the distribution of this patch via SMCUpdate, applying the Security Patch using the methods outlined in the Release Notes is fully supported.
If you have already downloaded the packages from SMCUpdate to your local Security Analytics Server, you can remove the local packages from your system by following the instructions in the KB article 28967 which can be accessed at this link - https://rsaportal.force.com/customer/kA170000000PEyNCAW
Any customer who has already installed the Q4 Security Patch using the procedures outlined in the Release Notes can disregard this notice.
