An Archer On-Demand Subscription allows each subscriber to take any/all Archer courses that are available in the on-demand format during the subscription's 1-year lifespan. Registering for courses follows the same general path as you might encounter when purchasing a course, but instead of using a credit card to buy the course, you'll use your subscription as payment.
Here are some screenshots that may help to illustrate this process:
- If you start at one of our RSA Link course description pages, such as this one, you'll see some registration links at the top. Click the link for Customers & Partners.
- You should be taken into our new Archer Academy Learning Portal, and land directly on the page relating to the course you were just looking at. If the course is also offered in a live format, you may see a number of course options to choose from. Scroll to find the Self-Paced option, and click Buy Now.
- If you are not already signed in to the learning portal, you will be prompted to sign in. Sign in with your Archer Academy credentials (see this post if you do not have an account). Once logged in (or if already logged in), you should be taken to the first page in the payment process. Click Proceed to Payment.
- The next screen will give you the option to pay using your subscription order, or to pay by credit card. Click the Pay by Subscription Orders button, and then click Continue.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions by ticking the checkbox and click Confirm.
- Your order will be confirmed.
- To find and launch your course, use the menu in the upper left corner to select Me > Plan.
- Pro tip: Once you are logged in to the learning portal, use the Browse feature to view all courses that are available in the Self-Paced Delivery Type:
- Everything shown with that filter applied is available to you as part of your subscription. Consider adding multiple courses to your cart and checking out with all of them at once to save you time later on.
