I am able to get past the first screen, after filling out the details of
the case, I now receive this message: Correct the highlighted errors and
try again. There seems to be an issue while creating this case. Contact
the community administrator.
I too am unable to open a new case, I am getting the following message,
"The page you are trying to access is temporarily unavailable. We
apologize for the inconvenience." @Admin_Dharani Your assistance would
be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
