Apparently, it's available (GA) but the update check doesn't see it from
the UI and the Downloads section for 11.3 doesn't' seem to include any
upgrade packs. Has it been delayed, or is there a technical issue?
I'm not aware of any method for using NetWitness directly to detect
packet loss, but it might be worth running wireshark before the TAP,
even just a Rasberry Pi or a laptop to grab a packet stream and compare
