This is a spinoff of this idea -  .

 

Currently if you submit a support case and if your issue is identified as a defect, you are given a defect number, sometimes a resolution date/version, sometimes not, and guidance to reach out for and update and/or review release notes.

 

I propose that when your case is linked to an Archer defect you be automatically notified of any defect updates.
