When we refresh a review, the rationale in review history shows "Review refresh was initiated." Even if we refresh the review for different purposes, like for coverage or descriptions or if refresh was even automated, the rationale in review history shows "Review refresh was initiated." only.
It would be good if this rationale is based on the review refresh type as it would be easier to identify which type of refresh was done.
Impact: If we notice any change in review data, we can check the review history and find out what type of refresh was performed. It will be easier to track the review activities.
