We want the ability to add a manual step when a request is cancelled. We need this particularly when the request is cancelled in the middle of fulfillment. This ability will ensure we maintain compliance, for example no access was improperly granted, which can happen if access was fulfilled and then the request was cancelled prior to completion.
I am looking at the workflow editor and I don't see any nodes that would allow a task to be assigned to the IGL Admins and hold closing the request until appropriate action can be identified and taken.
