The current shift to hide all knowledge base articles behind a login is a very bad decision.
Finding a helpful KB article was very easy in the past and now this is changing thanks to the migration to an environment that is hidden to search engines and all old links just redirect to the login page, without even resolving to the correct KB article after login.
Please think about, how these design decisions impact the view that your customers have about your products.
Also the new web design is very shallow compared to the old one, but that might be personal preference.
