Access denied - Downloads and Open Case

I just registered using my customer site ID and am getting access denied to downloads and support case creation. Is there more that I need to do?

I get an error when I try to open a new ticket:

"The page you are trying to access is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience."

I also get "Access Denied" on the Downloads page
