Access Not Permitted when trying to log a case

Hi all,

Seems like everyone is having this issue but I cannot log a support case getting the following -

"Access not permitted

The page you are trying to access is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Any idea on how to resolve this please?
