Hi, NetWitness Community Users.
As a reminder, we are transitioning from the myRSA customer portal to a new customer site, myNetWitess, on November 4th at 10 AM Eastern.
The NetWitness Community site will use the same new and improved registration/authentication process as the myNetWitness portal.
As of November 4th, all community users will be required to register with our new authentication system the next time they want to access the NetWitness Community site. Your community user access and profile will remain the same.
We’ll send a reminder email on November 4th to ensure everyone is aware of this one time required registration/authentication.
Important to Note: Internal NetWitness employees will not need to register. You will be able to access the Community site by way of SSO as usual.
