Since its inception, the NetWitness Community has used the email address no-reply@mail.community.netwitness.com or no-reply@community.netwitness.com to deliver email notifications for community activities, such as new blog posts, knowledge base articles, and anything else to which users have subscribed throughout the website.
In an effort to ensure that these notifications are received properly and are not erroneously filtered as spam, the mailer address is now changing to be notification@community-mail.netwitness.com.
You may need to update any email filtering rules you have configured to leverage this new address. If you have any questions, please create a post in the Community Support Forum for further assistance.
