Hello,
I'm not able to download any agents to complete my SecurID implementation: each time I'm trying to do so, I'm bounced out with the following error:
You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.
Click your browser's Back button to continue.
It seems to be a permission related issue. Could someone fix-it ?

It looks like your email is not associated with any account of active entitlement, that is why you cannot access the downloads. Please re-register to RSA Link and ensure that you check the I am an RSA Customer/Partner box where you will be required to enter a Serial Number, License Key, Site ID, or Contract Number for one of your products which is required for Case Management and Restricted Contact access.

I do have proceed with your recommendation :
In both case, I'm still facing the "deny access" - I can confirm that I have tilted 'i'm a customer' and in both case used my licence number.
