When navigating to the case portal, I receive the message "You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action." As I understand, there is an ongoing outage with the case portal, but I believe this is an unrelated issue.
I had originally registered using our serial number if that helps.

Apologies for the delay in response @raysizemore. My shift ended yesterday so I am replying now.
If you don't mind can you please check again cause you should be able to create a case now. Please check below screenshots as I was able to create a test case with your account.

Ah, looks like I have one more issue @SanthoshV. I can get to the "manage" pages fine, but the "Open case" page gives me the attached error.

@raysizemore Can you please let me know under which product you want to open a case?
Thanks!

@SanthoshV This would be for RSA SecurID, running into an error when installing the authentication client on a user's machine.

@raysizemore You are all set now. You should be able to open a case. If the issue has been resolved please Accept this as solution.
Thanks!

@SanthoshV unfortunately, I still seem to be getting that error. Going to "Support">"Case Portal">"Open a New Case" redirects to https://community.rsa.com/t5/errors?error=403&referer=choose-support-case-type and shows that error.
