Hi Support Team,
Does the case support email of "caseupdate@netwitness.com" is still valid? I've tried to open a case via this email but getting no response for over a week.
I'm also not able to create support case on the portal as well, saying that I have no sufficient privilege to do so. Please help to resolve the issue, Thanks.

The correct support email address is: support@netwitness.com
And regarding case portal issue, I'm working on it and will update you via email shortly.
