Hi Alan,
It looks like when you registered for an RSA Link account you did not select the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" option, which is why you do not have access to the My RSA page or the product downloads.
Therefore, you will want to go back to the RSA Registration Portal and re-register with your same email address and this time select the "I am an RSA Customer or Partner" option, which will then ask you for a valid serial number, Site ID, or contract number for one of your products. This will update your account and you will have to change your password or security questions.
Once you have re-registered, you will be able to access the AM 8.2 downloads here: https://community.rsa.com/community/products/securid/authentication-manager-82/downloads?sr=search&searchId=260f319e-6cbe-43d2-89b9-1367a2e768ed&searchIndex=0
