After a week of trying to download, the "RSA authentication manager" download section is still refused. Still, I was able to download the latest update last month. Many cases was open at rsa. I'm the manager of a large standardized company using RSA products and this situation freak us off. The customer service at RSA is really terrible. Only 2 solution is available: wait (or don't bother us) or a standardized download procedure for dummies :
1) Login into community.rsa.com
2) Go to products
3) Hoover on the chosen product and go to the right-side menu that will appear
4) Click on downloads
5) You will be taken to another page with all the products
6) Click on the product family and a dropdown will be shown
7) Click on "download" next to the chosen product
BUG here ---> 😎 You will be taken into another page
9) Choose the version form the dropdown menu
10) Click on the result to download it or on "navigate to MyRSA"
11) If you go to My RSA, you will login again
12) Click on the products on the left side bar
13) Click on the chosen product
14) Choose your version
15) Select the needed files
16) Accept the terms and conditions
17) Click download

I have the same problem, fixed ? in January, now back, absolutely everything I get from support tells me to do something on a page which only tells me that I'm unauthorized. I can get the few base product that I need from My.rsa.com however I cannot download agents or updates to AM.

We're really sorry for the inconvenience that the issue has caused.
We discovered that multiple accounts(yannickneault and Coco) got created for your email id where the account with username yannickneault was the right one and had all the right roles/permissions. But you were trying to login with the duplicate account Coco which did not have right roles. So now we have added the right roles/permissions for the account with username Coco. You should now be able to access the necessary downloads from here - https://community.rsa.com/t5/rsa-authentication-manager/tkb-p/authentication-manager-downloads
