If you are having an issue obtaining token seed media that was ordered, please have the person who ordered the tokens contact RSA Customer Support. The person will need to provide the RSA sales order number when opening the case. When working the case, the person who ordered the tokens can request that the contact name for token orders be changed.

I can login to the dowload site using my email already. However, it still has not been mapped my email to Cloud Administration Console (https://access-eu.securid.com). Could you pls support on this?

It looks like 01303681 has been closed because you were able to download the software license. A new case has been opened to assist you with changing the tenant admin. A case has been opened with our SaaS team to assist you.
I just sent an email to your TSE and asked her to contact you on your new issue.

Yes, my mistake related to case ID Erica. Case 01303681 to change contact person has been completed, but another case ID 01304816 for Cloud Administration Console access opend in some days but still not process and any feedback to me. That is disappointed support.
