Hello,
when browsing to "my Cases" (https://community.rsa.com/cases) I receive the following error:
We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.
This was working previously, and when checking the RSA Link (RSA Security Inc. Registration Portal ) it shows that my email already was registered (Our records show that this email is already registered for RSA Link)
Can you advice what to do?

Thank you for letting us know that you are seeing an SSO issue when trying to access RSA Link case management. I opened a ticket with our internal IT department to address it. Our tracking number is RSALINK-10609.
What happens when you try to place a support call? What number are you dialing?

The SSO issue we had yesterday seems to be resolved. Can you please try accessing Case Management and let me know if you have issues.

I just signed up and have a substantially similar issue, which is 100% reproducible.
Single Sign-On Error
We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on.Contact your Salesforce admin for help.
