I have the same problem that I did the last time you changed your support site.  I don't have any access. 

Also, for those of us with long names, when we change our username from your default choice, the confirmation message uses the variable that contains the original username, not the selected username...

Also, I'd like to reiterate my comment from your last change, but this time I'd like to include upper management along with the PM.
