Hello,
I signed up for an account the first time without the license key. I re-registered again with the license key from my company for the RSA Archer Suite yet I am still unable to access the documentation page for Archer. I get an "access denied" error page whenever I try to access the web pages for the paths below:
Product Resources > Documentation > Solutions & Use Cases
Product Resources > Download > Archer Platform.
Please let me know what I can do at this point. I am unable to re-register because it says the account is already registered.
