Hi,
I have purchased RSA Authentication Manager and tokens for a project, and i'm attempting to request the license file following this guide: https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-47168.
However, I was unable to reach the "My Cases" page, due to the SSO error shown in the attachment, even after trying different browsers.
Is there any way to access the page?

Hi Nicole,
I figured out that the issue was caused by not having registered the site ID from my license/PO.
Having reregistering the RSA Account with the site ID, i am now able to access the My Cases page and download the RSA AM and its license.
I will thus close the case.
