Hi, I have been trying to open a case portal and it keeps giving me "The page you are trying to access is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Thanks for connecting with us. I just checked that you already have access to case portal with appropriate access. Would you mind trying it again, and provide us with a snapshot if it does not work.

Thanks for reaching out to us. You should be able to access the case portal. However if you see the message: "Unable to identify any company accounts that are associated with the user", then please contact RSA Support via the RSA Link Contact Form (community.rsa.com/contact) and reference this article so that your account can be properly synchronized.
