RSA,
I am unable to see cases opened by my team. Appreciate if you can enable option to view cases opened by my team.
In addition, when I click "My Cases" link, I get a "single sign on" error as seen below.
Single Sign-On Error | RSA Customer Community
We can't log you in. Check for an invalid assertion in the SAML Assertion Validator (available in Single Sign-On Settings) or check the login history for failed logins.
Please let me know how to resolve this issue.
Thanks,

It looks like you are not properly registered for RSA Link, which would be causing your issue.
Please follow 000035296 - How to re-register as a customer or partner on RSA Link.
Once you are properly registered, follow the steps outlined in 000035717 - A single sign-on error is displayed when accessing the Case Management portal on RSA Link.

Erica

Hi Erica,
I am unable to resolve this issue. I cannot see cases opened by my team. I am sure I registered as a RSA customer and entered the Mastercard customer Id information.
My colleague confirmed that my email ID is registered and listed in the MyTeam link.
I get the “Single Sign on “ error whenever I click the My cases link.
From the trouble shooting document it could be due to the following two reasons:
· The user did not select the I am an RSA Customer or Partner option when registering for an RSA Link account and did not provide a valid serial number, site ID, contract number or license key.
· The user's RSA Link account is out of sync with the Case Management portal and must be corrected by RSA Customer Support.
I did create the account as an RSA customer and entered Mastercard info. Can you please check if my RSA account is out of Sync with case management portal?
Thanks,

Have you had an opportunity to see if you can view the cases opened by your team?
