I am a registered user of RSA Link, but after the sign-in / authentication completes, I get "Unauthorized" screen to access the documentations. How do i resolve this? I opened a support ticket a few days ago, but, i don't receive any response. Can you help me with this issue?
PS: My company is a RSA partner and I selected the box when i have registred.

I see your open case with us regarding your access to RSA Archer documentation on our site. It looks like the person assigned to your case made some updates to your account. Can you please confirm if you can now access the pages you need?
If not, please call RSA custotmer support to discuss your issue with a representative of our Customer Relations Desk.
