Platform: Lithium JX (formerly Jive-x)
Issue
Whenever I navigate to a specific page on RSA Link, my browser displays a dialog window with the following error message:
community.rsa.com says
There was an error: Most likely reason is your sourceURL variable is not pointing to a valid document
Image description
Cause
This issue can occur if the page in question (referred to as an
Overview Page within the Lithium JX platform on which RSA Link is built) is utilizing a
View Document widget to render another page or document on-screen that resides on RSA Link but which to which you do not have access.
This can be confirmed in your browser's Developer Tools by opening the
console tab or window. Upon loading the affected page, you will see the following error message:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

Resolution
This issue must be resolved by an RSA Link administrator or by an RSA employee with administrator access to the page in question, who will need to perform one of the following:
- Move the document being rendered within the View Document widget (the URL for which is located in the console error above) into a location accessible by all users with access to the affected page.
- Remove the View Document widget from the affected page that is resulting in the dialog window.
