Issue

When attempting to log in to RSA Link I am getting the error below in my web browser.

This site can't be reached
auth.rsasecurity.com unexpectedly closed the connection.

Cause

This error indicates that the RSA Single Sign-On website (https://auth.rsasecurity.com) is experiencing downtime.

Resolution

Check to see if there is an announcement on the RSA Link home page (https://community.rsa.com) which would indicate that this is a known issue.

If present, you can click on the hyperlink in the announcement to get more details on the issue and can follow the announcement by clicking Actions > Follow and then selecting the Inbox option in order to receive updates via email when progress is made.
