Issue
When I log in to the
Case Management portal on RSA Link I am only able to view the support cases that I have opened. I would like to have the ability to view the support cases opened by the colleagues on my team as well.
Resolution
If you would like to view support cases opened by other users associated with your company account then you can request access by
contacting RSA Customer Support and referencing this article.
