This article applies to RSA customers who already have an RSA Link / myRSA account and need to know their Customer ID (Site ID).
Follow the steps below to locate your Customer IDs within the myRSA portal.
- Open your web browser and navigate to the myRSA portal. (https://my.rsa.com/)
- Login using your RSA Link credentials.
- Your Customer ID for your default site is displayed as the numeric value at the end of the visible entry in the Site Selection field, as shown below.

If you are unable to access the myRSA portal then you likely have not yet
registered for an RSA Link account and will need to do so.
Alternatively, if you are able to access the myRSA portal but see an error stating
No Records Found then this indicates that you did not validate yourself as a customer when you registered for an RSA Link account and will need to
re-register using the same email address to update your account status.
