I am an RSA SecurWorld Partner and must register for NetWitness Community, myRSA and/or the NetWitness Case Portal. I do not have an active serial number or license key for an NetWitness product.

Resolution
If you are an RSA SecurWorld Partner and do not have an active serial number for an NetWitness product, you can register with your Partner Site ID instead.
To retrieve your Site ID number, submit a case using the RSA SecurWorld Partner Case Form and reference Site ID Request as the topic. A representative from the RSA Channel Operations team will provide you with your Site ID within one to two business days.
