This article applies to RSA Link, the primary customer support portal and online community for all RSA products and solutions, and to other online RSA websites such as myRSA, the RSA Case Management portal and RSA Partner Central.

Issue

I need to know which URLs are associated with the RSA Link website so that I can ensure that our corporate security policies allow access to them.

Resolution

The table below lists all of the URLs associated with RSA online portals and other websites.

RSA Link	community.rsa.com	This is the primary URL associated with RSA Link.
	support.rsa.com	This is an alias (i.e. CNAME) URL associated with RSA Link.
	app-community.rsa.com	This URL is utilized by the mobile-friendly version of the RSA Link website.
	rsa.jiveon.com	This is the default URL utilized by the Khoros JX (formerly Jive-x Cloud) platform on which RSA Link is built. The community.rsa.com URL is considered the vanity URL to this address.
	assets.jiveon.com assets2.jiveon.com static.jiveon.com gala-app-service-phx.prod.jivehosted.com	These locations are where all of the baseline website content resides for the Khoros JX (formerly Jive-x Cloud) platform on which RSA Link is built. This includes images, stylesheets, JavaScript, and other elements and libraries that allow the website to function properly.
	video-svc.jivesoftware.com *.edgecastcdn.net *.twistage.com *.alphacdn.net *.omegacdn.net *.betacdn.net i.embed.ly	These locations are utilized by the Video module within the Khoros JX (formerly Jive-x Cloud) platform on which RSA Link is built, which is powered by Lexmark Perceptive Media. These URLs are necessary in order to render videos that are natively hosted on RSA Link, as opposed to videos embedded from YouTube, Vimeo or DailyMotion.
	www.rsa.com	This is the principal website for RSA where information can be found regarding RSA as a company, its products and solutions, and other valuable information.  It is also serves as a repository for website elements (e.g. stylesheets, images, JavaScript, etc.) utilized by RSA Link.
	information.rsa.com	This URL is utilized for web forms referenced on RSA Link, such as the RSA NetWitness Investigator freeware download form.
	solutions.nitro.bunchball.net	This URL is utilized by the Advanced Gamification Module on RSA Link, powered by Bunchball Nitro Studio, which manages the gamification points and badges awarded to users for participating in the community forums on RSA link.
	ftp.emc.com	This URL is where many of the RSA SecurID software token downloads are hosted.
	edelivery.rsasecurity.com	This is the base URL for many of the product downloads accessible via RSA Link such as service packs, patches, tools/utilities and authentication agents. It is also where some images and attachments are hosted for legacy knowledge base articles.
RSA Link myRSA RSA Case Management	knowledge.rsasecurity.com	This was the URL for RSA SecurCare Online (SCOL), which was the predecessor to RSA Link. This URL is essentially deprecated and redirects to the RSA Link home page, but may still be referenced in older product documentation, advisories or knowledge base articles. It is also the base URL for the Version Upgrades portal (which facilitates access to myRSA for product downloads), the My Team page where customer admins can manage access for their colleagues, and the Advisories Subscriptions page. The pages mentioned above are slated to be deprecated in late 2019 or early 2020.
	auth.rsasecurity.com sso.rsasecurity.com tokensso.rsasecurity.com	These URLs are associated with the authentication / single sign-on (SSO) utilized by RSA Link, myRSA and the RSA Case Management portal. It is also utilized by the RSA Self-Service Console where users can manage their accounts.
	enroll.rsasecurity.com	This is the URL for the RSA Registration Portal where users are able to register for access to RSA Link, myRSA and the RSA Case Management portal.
myRSA	my.rsa.com	This is the primary URL for the myRSA website.
	rsasecurity.subscribenet.com	This is an underlying URL for the myRSA website (also known as Flexera) where the product downloads are hosted.
	dlc.rsasecurity.com	This is the URL for the RSA SecurID token record decryption portal.
	download.rsasecurity.com	This was the primary URL for RSA Download Central (DLC), which was the predecessor to myRSA. It is now deprecated and redirects to myRSA, but may still be referenced in older product documentation, advisories or knowledge base articles.
RSA Case Management	rsaportal.force.com/customer	This is the principal URL associated with the RSA Case Management portal, which utilizes the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
RSA Case Management RSA University	rsa.secure.force.com	This URL is utilized by web forms such as the Contact RSA Customer Support form for RSA Link questions and issues, the Contact RSA University form and the RSA Global Business Operations (GBO) contact form.
RSA University	education.emc.com	This is the URL for the Dell EMC Education Services portal, where all RSA University training courses reside.
	learning.emc.com	This is an accompanying URL for the Dell EMC Education Services portal where resources relating to training courses are hosted.
	dell.com	Because the Dell EMC Education Services portal utilizes a separate single sign-on (SSO) than what is utilized by the other RSA websites, users are routed to this URL when authenticating to gain access to the portal.
RSA Partner Central	rsapartnercentral.com	This is the primary URL for the RSA Partner Central portal where RSA partners are able to manage their support cases, contracts and other information. However, it simply redirects users to authenticate via single sign-on (SSO) and then routes them to the actual RSA Partner Central URL.  (See below)
	fim.emc.com	Because the RSA Partner Portal utilizes the Dell EMC single sign-on (SSO) rather than what is utilized by other RSA websites, users are routed to this URL when authenticating to gain access to the portal.
	rsaportal.force.com/partner	This is the actual URL for the RSA Partner Central portal, which utilizes the Salesforce Service Cloud platform.
	rsa.force.com	This URL is utilized by the RSA SecurWorld Partner contact form where partners can submit a support case if they experience issues with accessing RSA Partner Central.
RSA Ready	rsaready.com	This URL is the promoted RSA Ready web address, but simply redirects users to the RSA Ready Technology Partners page on RSA.com.
RSA Ready RSA Link	rsalink.wufoo.com	This URL is where the RSA Ready Technology Partner Program application form is hosted and managed. It is also utilized for forms located on RSA Link such as the RSA SecurID Authenticate Beta Program form and the RSA Link Content Request form. It is also utilized for the RSA Link Survey where feedback can be given regarding the website and how it could be improved.

Users whose networks block traffic from the URLs above may experience a degraded experience on the RSA online portals. This is especially true of users who cannot properly access the authentication-related URLs, who will likely experience an Agent Integration Error message when attempting to log in.
