The RSA knowledge base which includes thousands of RSA knowledge articles that address known issues and product tutorials is now fully integrated with RSA Link. Similar to product documentation, most knowledge base articles are publicly accessible without the need to register, and can even be found through normal search engines such as Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.
Each product has its own knowledge base which allows users to search for articles specific to the products that interest them. You can access a product’s knowledge base by clicking the Knowledge Base button at the extended menu for each product.

You will also be presented with the trending articles that have been the most beneficial in resolving customer issues, as well as a list of the most recently published articles.
A search bar on the page allows you to search for specific issues or topics, and you can also browse the entire knowledge base by turning the pages at the bottom of the page..
When you encounter an article that interests you, you now can subscribe to the article by clicking the Subscribe button. This ensures that you receive an email notification whenever the article is updated.
Additionally, there are knowledge base articles that are dedicated to all RSA Link issues and Q&A.
Knowledge base content is also searchable using the global search on RSA Link as well as on the search bar for each product, which means that the articles will appear in search results alongside product documentation and community content. This helps users to receive the information that will be most helpful to them with the least amount of effort.
