Can't Find WLC Upgrade/Install Instructions

Windows Legacy Collection: Step 1. Set Up 

This document says "Please refer to the SA v10.6 Windows Legacy Collection Upgrade & Installation Instructions on SCOL (https://knowledge.rsasecurity.com) for the details on how to install or upgrade Windows Legacy collection.". I am unable to find the aforementioned instructions anywhere on SCOL. Can anyone point me in the right direction here? I need to get a copy of the "SA v10.6 Windows Legacy Collection Upgrade & Installation Instructions " document.

Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support" data-type="space page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question.  From there, scroll to RSA NetWitness Platform" data-type="space and click Ask A Question.  That way your question will appear in the correct space.
