Can't register NetWitness Investigator - Site Down

I am unable to register Netwitness Investigator. It points me to http://register.netwitness.com but the site is down and I am unable to register. Is there a workaround or any other way I can get registered?

Thanks for letting us know about this issue.  I'm sorry for your inconvenience.

I have reported the issue to the Product Management team via the internal ticket SACE-9404 so that it can be rectified as quickly as possible.

Looking at the RSA NetWitness Investigator 10.6 User Guide it never actually mentions the http://register.netwitness.com website, and registration actually takes place within the RSA NetWitness Investigator application itself.  

Could you please confirm that you are trying to register using the instructions beginning on page 13 of the RSA NetWitness Investigator 10.6 User Guide?

If you follow the steps on pages 13 - 17 then you should be able to register successfully.

Ah, I had an older version 9 of the software. Found the correct 10.6 download link and I have now registered successfully. Not sure why I downloaded the older version before, but I’m good now.
