Changing root password.

Hello-  I'm looking to change our Default root passwords for our NetwWtness Suite, and before I do, I wanted to know if there are any issues that it may cause once I change the password for the environment. In theory once the password is changed it should reset on all of the servers, but is there anything that I should pay more attention to? Any service accounts that  may be tied to resetting the terminal accounts.
